A sweet seduction.
Both Neil and Desiree had feelings for each other from years past when Des and her family were dealing with her sister's addiction at the rehab clinic where Neil was the CEO and counselor. The timing wasn't right. Des' sister's death shook her hard to the core of her spirit. On the third anniversary of her death, Neil made his move. He courted her to gain her trust, respect, and love but lost it when outside influences made her doubt their relationship.
This story tells about what addiction does to family and relationships, and how addicts are always fighting to stay sober and keep the trust and love for those they care for. Luckily, communication was the key to getting Neil and Desiree's relationship back on track to their HEA.
