Het was een prima boek. Als ‘ie minder voorspelbaar was geweest, had ik ‘m misschien 4 sterren gegeven. Verder vond ik het boek niet echt origineel meer in vergelijking met veel andere boeken die ik van haar heb gelezen.

Such a great read! Definitely one of my top 5 fav CoHo books. I couldn’t put it down.

Typical Colleen Hoover book, nothing super deep, but a really addicting and enjoyable read! I finished it in just a few days… couldn’t stop reading!

"I think when you're the worst of people, finding the worst in others becomes a survival tactic of sorts. You focus heavily on the darkness in people in hopes of masking the true shade of your own darkeness."

By far one of my FAVORITE CoHo books EVER! My goodness what a phenomenal story! I just don't even have the words to express all the feelings right now! Just WOW!

I'm beginning to hate Colleen Hoover....because I cannot stop reading her books once I've started. They make me feel so many emotions and this one was no different. I was guessing at the things that would be revealed and, as I usually am with her books, I was way off the mark. You'd think I'd have learned by now not to read her books at work, because I'm either going to be crying, shrieking, or grinning stupidly at my desk and my patients are going to think I'm crazy. This book had me doing all three. Thank goodness (for once) for these stupid masks we have to wear!
