An amazing, beautiful, weird book. So encouraging and funny. Filled with so much wisdom and relatable reflections of mental illness all interspersed chaotically between hilarious and weird anecdotes, and yet it's done so gracefully and meaningfully. I love this book so much and bought a copy for myself.
Graphic: Ableism, Chronic illness, Mental illness, and Suicidal thoughts
Moderate: Animal death, Cancer, Self harm, Suicide, Suicide attempt, and Schizophrenia/Psychosis
Minor: Alcoholism, Animal cruelty, Body shaming, Drug use, Blood, Antisemitism, Cannibalism, Stalking, and Alcohol

She’s super funny. Laugh out loud funny. I’ve read Broken, also Let’s Pretend This Never Happened, and I liked Broken the best because it’s her most recent book and she’s definitely gotten so much better. But really any of her books are magically funny and it could make anyone feel better about themselves and their life. If you’re having a bad time, you should read this book.
Minor: Animal cruelty, Chronic illness, Mental illness, Panic attacks/disorders, Self harm, Suicidal thoughts, and Schizophrenia/Psychosis
