My heart breaks for Liam. I only want happiness for him. I appreciated the depth this story added to his character. A very good and heartbreaking read.

So I was super excited and waiting to get this when I signed up for the newsletter. I love Liam and was dying to see a bit into his mind and thoughts. First off it makes me so sad that his body can sense that he lost someone and feel like he has some unfinished business. His mind may have forgotten but his body hasn't. The way he still thought about Rudy even though he had no memories of her and only knew her from that single interaction. The way he accidentally said Rudy instead of Remey. And I was so proud of him for finally putting himself first. I don't know about anyone else but I know Remey was just a kid but people rely on Liam and care about him. I feel very sorry for the kid but sometimes you gotta know what's gonna get you killed and know that other people care about you. That even if it will drown you in guilt at least you are alive because you have something to live for. I was proud of him because I know how hard that was for him. Liam isn't one to do that and honestly, he only did it because he thought about Zu, his mom, Chubs, and Harry. Of course his brother Cole too but that's not very solid. Anyway, I loved getting a little peek into his head and I just wish there was more!

Turns out! Me thinking it was okay with the fact that I don’t remember anything from the original trilogy proved to be a mistake. I absolutely understand nothing from this novella but I want to read TDL because damn I miss these characters so much!

Liam and Cole my poor babies :(
