This volume added in a character trope that I loathe: the "amazing" yet drunk, overbearing, and pushes the MC around teacher.  I don't want to spend time continuing with that since I wasn't completely in love with the series anyway.

The third book left a bad taste in my mouth with it continuing the story, then going back to the past, over and over again. I just couldn't really get into this one. I won't be continuing the series
