What I liked:
- The village, I really loved their flirtation in her village and how she felt like she finally woke up to want more from life. All of the characters were really funny too like Mrs. Brodie and Hedge.
- Simon, he was a really interesting character. I loved his obsession with Lucy. Seeing him with his friends was cute too.
What I didn’t like:
- The proposal, it felt really abrupt to go from hidden flirting to I can’t live without you will you marry me. I wish there was more lead up and development before that.
- The ending, the way things ended was fine but it felt like things petered out and I lost interest.
