I listened to this book on a whim while I was painting the exterior of my mom's house.

I went in blind and was SHOOK from start to finish.

This book was atmospheric and ethereal, with heartache inducing implications and poignant emotional ramifications when it came to the choices of characters and laws of the universe in which this story resides.

I smiled. I cried.

It was tragic and beautiful.

It was heartbreaking and healing.

No regrets.

Not my typical genre but I enjoyed Star Mother

This is not my typical reading genre and it took me awhile to get into the story. Once I let go of being uncomfortable with this style of book, I enjoyed it very much.
