This was a beautiful book about the horrors that await many refugees, especially as they are received by ignorant, hateful and resenting countries. The trials faced by those in this story are heartbreaking and it took me a couple of days to finish this book purely because of the emotional reaction I had to reading this story. I don't think I have ever cried like this because of a book. I could not recommend higher.
