Came for a good time, got a great time in terms of cosmic horror. Slowly starting to realize David Sodergren loves a
cast of absolutely vile dudes competing to see who can get their penis absolutely destroyed in the most horrific way possible.

To which I say, fair play.

As always I loved this authors book.

Loved the Re-Animator reference.. one of my favorite horror movies.

Ana picked up the glass, a toxic green liquid sloshing about inside. —— “Herbert West called. He want’s his reagent back,’ she said. No one got the reference and she immediately regretted it, mentally adding it to her List of Mildly Embarrassing Moments.”

Gory and tense creature feature that gets crazier and more outlandish with each turn of the page (but we love that!).

David Sodergren’s debut just gets stuck right in and from the off it’s clear the man has a talent for turning B horror movies into books (said with all love and respect). This is the second book I’ve read from him and by now I’m like David wrote it? I’m in.
