Disappointing. Most of the foreword, dealing with Robert E. Howard and Conan, I've read in many different places. The book is short, and there are actually not many paintings in it, because for every painting there's a corresponding pencil sketch. Also: some of the paintings are mislabeled, and I came across multiple typos.
