Difficult read, some find it slow or boring but I was riveted. This book made me depressed, hopeful, depressed again. Hard to recommend but one of the best books I've read

Definitely had some slow moments and the plot was pretty predictable,
But I am a sucker for disturbing/messed up characters and diving into their minds!
Rebel is one of my new favorite psychopaths in fiction for sure!
This is a very character focused story :)
I wouldn't call this extreme horror, it has disturbing implications but it's a lot of fade to black/cut away before it gets gruesome. or it's described very clinical.
But I am a sucker for disturbing/messed up characters and diving into their minds!
