Good, but not as good as the first. Characters had less dimension, but the plot was engaging. I plan on reading #3.

The first book, The harlot, was one of my first adventure into smutty smutt books (erotic) and I still remember being embarrassed and giggling loudly at it. Sence then I have reread it a few times but never read the other books in the series. Obviously I read more in the genre now.
This second book was very fun to read and I really enjoyed it, have to know how the series ends!
