I always say to myself that I don't care for western/rancher/cowboy books. But when I want pretty low angst, reasonably straightforward romance, this is where I end up. I guess that now I can choose between Tortuga and d'Alba when I'm looking for a rancher comfort read.

This is book four in the Texas Montgomery Mavericks series and it features the sexy rodeo star Cash Montgomery and nurse Paige Ryan. Explosive chemistry! Fabulous characters! The story line was smooth until the disaster the end. It kind of just sprung up in a matter of minutes and was gone and never discussed again which was kind of weird.
All in all it was a terrific book and I can't wait to read more from this very talented author.
