"Cinderella" by Melissa Lagonegro was published in 2012! This book follows the classic story of Cinderella! A young girl is pushed around by her stepmother and stepsisters. She ends up going to the royal ball and falls in love with the prince. But he does not know that she is just a poor towns girl so she runs from him. The prince finds her and they live happily ever after. This is a loveable book that kids would love to read. It is easy so many young students can have the opportunity to use this book to help them learn! I love the Step Into Reading books. This is a great easy reading adaptation of the original. My daughter loves it and I will be excited when she can read it to me on her own!

A very simple retelling of the classic Disney movie. Young fans of the movie will like the book thats just right to read on their own.
