I found this book via the lovely writing community on Twitter, and oh boy am I glad I did. The story, from start to end, was very engaging and kept a very fast pace and made it hard to put the novel down at times. From horror to comedy and back again, this story packed a punch that was even more powerful for how it managed to do so being a somewhat shorter novel.
The main character is a weirdo, but aren't we all just a little bit? The supporting characters felt real, and the monsters were fun. It left me wanting more, to know what's going on!
Great story, and I am looking forward to more.

This made me laugh and the main character is a likable weirdo. The writing is not the best at times but the story was enjoyable but you don't read a book about a giant carnivorous worm for the brilliant prose. I look forward to the next installment
