Just read it. Open your mind and enjoy!

There is so much I'd like to say but anything would be spoilers.

So just push the purchase button; open your mind to craziness and some colorful language (cursing I'm alluding to really crass language that most definitely WAS necessary to the story so please don't go all ape poopy).

I'd prefer not to classify this book. I'd prefer to tell you to read it and make of it what you will. But, alas society likes labels. So political satire zombie apocalypse it is. I call it great and wonderful.

This is coming from someone who doesn't typically like stories with zombies. Before reading this book I would say I had read only two great zombie apocalypse type books.

1. I am Legend - Because hey heroes aren't always heroes to everyone.
2. World War Z - Because yes I believe governments would screw things up.

Now I include:

3. There Are No Zombies in America - because it holds a mirror to everyday society while helping you cope with that truth by hiding it behind a zombie story. At the end I hated everyone and of those I hated I loved only a few.

Why did I give it only four stars instead of five if I loved it so much? Um...cause I'm a chicken and it gave me bad dreams and heebie jeebies (hence why I don't read zombie books). But even with that there is no way I can say it was a bad book.
