I just love this book so much. I love Sam and her growth as a person. I love Duncan and his work to get back to himself. I love that it takes place in a school. I love Alice and kind of want a book with her as the main character. While this book has a lot of emotional parts, it is ultimately a feel-good read.

This is such a magnificently heart warming book to start off in the new year. The narrator for this audiobook was absolutely perfect. Sam was such a funny, lovable and silly character. I hope there is a part 2 to this book. Mild swearing. No sexual context. Looking up more books by this author ASAP!
