What an AMAZING series. It has adventure, new worlds, battles, love, and a wonderful perspective about life and death and purpose. I had forgotten nearly all of it, and it was a joy to rediscover.

An incredible finale to a popular trilogy.

There were moments I wanted to give this book five stars and moments I wanted to give it two. This book, as well as the trilogy overall, left me impressed by it's clever commentary and imaginative takes on religion and society. However I was greatly frustrated by it's exhausting and unsatisfying emotional turns. Despite my divisiveness, I haven't read anything this sprawling, elaborate, and detailed in quite sometime. Definitely worth reading.

Third of series of three.
Even though this is a teen/young adult novel, it has beautiful imagery, a fun and thoughtful story, lovely character development, and most importantly an opulent depiction of panpsychism. Highly recommend for those broadening their knowledge on philosophical perspectives, trying to see the world more creatively, or want to go on a colorful otherworldly adventure. A poignant read as people are learning to waste less and appreciate what they have, and a lovely parallel to Marie Kondo's teaching as if every item has a bit of life. That's not necessarily the point of the story but definitely can ease the reader into a conservationist mindset.

(Same review for all three books)
