I can I just gash about the fact that we have have a whole book about Blake!!!!!!!!!!Out resident golden retriever ( refer to US by Sarina Bowen) He is loud always, supportive ,scary when you invade his/his friends space but he has the kindest heart ever. His said heart resides on his sleeve.

The book though sheds more light to his character and Oh boy! don't we know it all.We get to be reminded that we shouldn't judge a book by its cover.Blake has some issues too but that doesn't stop him from giving a helping hand.Though he is considered as a typical jock ,that's not him at all.
Jessica rather J-bomb is just as screwed as the rest of us.But guess what?It establishes the fact that we should stop comparing out lives to other. That delay doesn't always mean you are a failure. An arrow has to go back in order to get momentum to shot forward.
AND...we get to experience the whole wedding!!!!
we got to the bottom of the chiweilers story

I am a sucker for a good sports romance book especially hockey ones so I was so excited to read this book.

I am so glad I decided to read Good Boy because I pretty much devoured this one. It is very well done and yes I was hooked from the very beginning.

I love Blake and Jess. I loved the wit and humour and of course the sexy hot parts.

If you are looking for a good hot sports romance then I highly recommend this book.

I am giving this 5 out of 5.

I’m actually annoyed at the cover after finishing this. I somehow thought the dog meant he would have a dog in the story? He does get a puppy later on but it’s not white lol. There’s mention of his old dog, which is actually what I thought she got back but it was a new puppy instead. Honestly I would have preferred them rescue an older dog not get a new puppy from the rescue place, but oh well.

Also, this was very NOT a entered around any other WAGs lol, there’s two small scenes with ones that aren’t her brother, and I think it would have been nicer to see her interact with other people more often, but it was also not that long of a book so it still wasn’t bad what we got.

I really enjoyed reading this, I kept putting it away and sneaking my kindle back out to read another chapter before bed. I stayed up 3 hours more than I planned lol.

I won’t lie, I didn’t like Jess 50%of the time. She was super judgemental of Blake for legit no reason at all, and she never bothered to get to know him past him being a out there person.

I loved his family and him. They were good people, it sucked that Blake kept Molly’s secret so he wouldn’t hurt them, and I don’t think he realised letting it go on that long was even worse. It would have been nice to see his sister and her regrets for siding with molly all that time and being so harsh on her brother/inviting her to everything all the time.

Molly was an awfully self-centred person and I think a little more could have been done with her character than just ‘she’s evil’, but again, it’s a shorter book so there isn’t all that much space to give her reasoning etc, but it would have made it seem more real than a quick plot device.

Overall a great book, REALLY excited for Eriksson, been pumped to read about him since Wes & Jamie’s books.

FIRST THINGS FIRST: I LOVE IT I LOVE THIS BOOK.

My heart goes out to J-babe. Feeling like a failure to her family because she can't settle down on a job. My heart also goes out to Blakey for always being the best son/friend/teammate/ex-bf/future bf to everyone. I love them both so much. I enjoyed reading them. There was just the right amount of angst, fluff, and sexy timez. Speaking of heat level, I think what surprised me the most with this book is the sex wasn't that explicit. I mean it was hot, but Sarina and Elle have written hotter.

And the snippets of WesMie ugh <3 Blake was right when he said Wesmie 4ever. I hope we can see more of them and Blake and Jess in the second installment of the series.

Cute enough, but just didn't do much for me.

Sunkiai įsivažiavau, kol užkabino, pagrindinis veikėjas atrodė toks bukas, kad tikrai nejuokinga, vėliau atsiskleidė kitomis spalvomis, tad nuomonė apie jį pasitaisė, bet tikrai ne verčiantis iš koto personažas. Labiausiai sudomino pagrindinės veikėjos brolio istorija.

A cute romantic comedy, sadly without the emotinal depth that [book:Him|25686927] or [book:Us|27797842] had. I enjoyed it since Blakey was my favorite secondary character from that series and I loved the big quirky family vibe this book had.

After finishing Him and Us, I think the entire team Wesmie wanted to know what was going to happen between Blake and Jess. Let me tell you, Blake was even more hilarious than I thought he would be.

The story was really sweet, but Jess was certainly not going to fall easily back into Blake's arms. I really loved all the scenes about her nursing program and how much she had to work to get where she wanted to be.

I think WAGs will never be as good as Wesmie, but it is still a hockey romance written by two of the best sports romance writer I know!

3 stars because Blake is totally adorable and Teddy Hamilton is a fantastic narrator. But for the story, it's really a 2 star read. So 2.5 stars overall.

Other than that, this story is boring: Boy and girl have one-night fling. Boy and girl meet again months later. More months later, girl ends up moving to town where boy lives. Boy pursues girl. Boy ends up falling for girl. Girl realizes boy isn't as shallow as she thought and finally admits to falling for boy. Relationship progresses. HEA. The end.

I kept waiting for the tension, the conflict, something . . . but it never happened. Oh, potential conflicts were discussed (such as Blake covering for his lying ex, Jess's commitment-phobia, potential for miscommunication). But nothing, absolutely nothing happened other than this story shows a relationship progressing from lust to like to love, which was sweet but kind of boring.

I also did not care for the female narrator. And while I didn't dislike Jess, I did find her rather uneven. She came across as younger than 26. But I think the things I really disliked about Jess were mostly because the narrator's voice irritated me.
