Some good tips and ideas around slowing down and simplifying. brings ideas from many other places into a simple book. Ideas that i am often thinking about. No earth shattering new insights but brought together in a simple and calming way.

Absolutely lovely, well-written, simple book on slowly shifting a lifestyle from the manic, commercially-driven norm to one filled with more peace, more contentment and more of what truly matters. A stepping stone of inspiration, heralding the truth that everyone’s slow, imperfectly perfect, joy-filled life will look different from another’s. The audiobook was super well-read, and it was so nice to hear it performed by an Aussie.

Really enjoyed this book, will put majority of suggestions to use, slowly. Appreciated suggestions for overcoming procrastination, currently plays too big a role in my life. Understanding and creating a WHYs importance, in a way holds accountability which is what I need to be reminded of. I’m sure I will come back to this book again.
