That was fun. Two broken kids finding each other. I really loved Hannah as a character. She was strong and vivacious and didn't let what's his face get away with his not taking no for an answer.

9/10 (Elle Kennedy)- This was a fun quick read. I read it in only 2 sittings, and enjoyed it. It was predictable, but in the best way. It seemed like a wattpad book and wasn’t that greatly written, but it was enjoyable and set the blueprint for many romance novels.

(maybe 4, the extra .25 for logan <3)

i know i would have loved this book and hannahgarrett significantly more if i hadn’t read it after sophieluca (nobody compares to them). but despite that i found hannahgarrett so incredibly cute. GOD tutoring / kind of fake dating to lovers... they served. they had such cute moments and kept me wanting more. i think they developed really well and i love their personalities are how they clashed but also worked so well with each other’s. however, they didn’t give me THAT MUCH of a rush as i was expecting, sadly (damn u sophieluca). but despite that it was good and they are so !,&/$/&&.

this deserves it’s own paragraph but lastly, john logan, i am SO incredibly in love with u. he was by far my favourite character even though he wasn’t that present and i can’t wait to read more of him!! i loved his friendship with garrett and i think it deserves to be talked about wayyy more but they do genuinely love each other and always have each other’s backs. ++ LASTLY AGAIN hannah’s relationship with all of garrett’s friends!!! i love their scenes && i can’t wait to see more of it.

second read:

3.5 / 5 stars

i have this bad habit of always reading hannahgarrett after an extreme brainrot book so im rlly sorry to them. but also they’re so cute as per usual!!!! such a comforting couple like they are just perfect. i wish the conflict didn’t happen so close to the end and we got to see a bit more of them together post-getting back together besides the one chapter + epilogue. the conflict felt kinda rushed because of that. but other than that, go hannahgarrett!!!

The plot was fun, but this book is nothing new. The concept is the same as every sporty romantic book. It was entertaining though, so I’ll probably read the other parts as well.
