Initial reaction: Found this as an open galley on NetGalley and perused it since my sister does art in her spare time. The models had good posture and there were a variety of forms and poses to choose from in this collection. Note that this book does contain nude models posing for artistic representation.

This was a great anatomical and pose resource for artists of any expertise exploring dynamic figures. "Art Models 7" is part of a larger series that I perused because I wanted to recommend my sister resources for drawing, but it ended up being an insightful measure for me as well. This offered a number of models in different poses that would help in a variety of dimensions - crawling, walking, posing, running, etc. It gives reference for anatomical dimensions and reference - for male and females in an array of photos. It's quick to browse through and find the particular poses that you want. The models were of a diverse array, some clothed, the majority nude; some with props, and others simply in the noted form.
I would certainly peruse more in this respective series for its given reference points, and would recommend it for an artist of any walk dealing with people and showing dynamic forms. I would recommend it for real world/life artists as well as animators.
