A book that is relevant to everyone, a book about grieving for the people we love. It is a must read for anyone who has had someone they know die. This is the book equivalent of a warm, comforting hug and by the end of it I truly did not feel alone in my experience as a griefster.
I listened to this as an audiobook and Cariad is an excellent narrator, there are clips from her podcast (Griefcast) inserted in to help emphasise points. I will likely relisten to this again, Cariad shares her experiences with her grief and provides a much needed public service by dispelling the myths about the applicability of the 5 stages of grief.
