This book is aimed at a younger audience but educational for all ages. I loved the authors take on “calling in” versus “calling out” someone. That was one major point I learned in this book compared to the more thorough, deeper dive into How to Be an AntiRacist by Kendi.

This is the first non fiction book I have read in a while. It was quite refreshing to be indulged in knowledge. The story of the author Tiffany made me realize I am not the only person who spent their whole early childhood assuming they were white. My situation was different from hers, but I find comfort in being able to relate to someone. I read this book in school, so I didn’t have time to do the activities, but I do hope one day I will be able to pick up this book again and do them.
