I thought the concept of this was very interesting - having someone you've always dreamed about and then finally meeting them plus add in space pirates and...space travel. And for the first couple chapters I could see that taking shape, but the book lost my interest a bit after that. There are a lot of spicy scenes in this book for those that are curious.

But plot-wise it was alright, nothing crazy and some of the things the main character did I didn't exactly agree with, not that I expect the character to be perfect (imperfections make the best characters). She just made some questionable decisions with questionable morals.

I also thought over all the audio narration was alright, but during the spicy scenes the narrator was almost way too over the top. Also I didn't like the ending at all as it incorporated one of my least favourite tropes (not going to mention which as I am avoiding spoilers).

So my opinion over all: it wasn't really my vibe, a bit boring as there wasn't a lot of difference in the events taking place (the whole set in space part could have been interchanged with say a cruise ship or train and you would get a similar feel), the romance was ok but I found myself emotionally disconnected from the characters.

Typically, I steer away from sci-fi/space type of books. I was slightly concerned it would be more about aliens, but the only way I can explain it is like Wall-e. Yes, space and all of that, but humans living on huge functional ships. I am elated that I chose to read this book. I could not put this book down if my life depended on it. Personally, I’ve never read a stand alone book that ended the way Forget Me Not did. My jaw practically hit the floor, my stomach felt like it was going to fall out of my butt and my eyes may or may not have leaked a little. Silas.. *swoon*. I loved him from the beginning. He isn’t my typical book boyfriend I would choose, which was like a fresh breath of air. He was kind, intelligent, sexy and respectful. When you read it, you will understand what I mean by respectful. Again *SWOON*! Surprisingly enough, Eliza didn’t annoy me at all. The author made sure you could feel what she was feeling and truly understand how and why she felt the way she did. The only thing I would change would be to add in a little bit more about Logan. I needed to know if he was as pompous as he came across in some scenes. And the spice… ooooh the spice. It was just enough. It was hot, while not being over the top. Not every book needs to have super insane kinky sex. It was not vanilla by any means, but it wasn’t Fifty Shades of Grey. Again, very refreshing. This is one of those books I wish I could read again for the first time. It made me laugh, swoon, cry and of course a little bit of anxiety, as any good book should. I HIGHLY recommend it to all of my followers. If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would. @karissakinwordwrites cheers to you for such a jaw dropping, beautiful and phenomenal book.

This book was good….. kind of lost me around halfway until they left the transport. The ending has some good twists…that’s all I have to say

I literally don’t know what to do with myself having finished this book. It was beautiful, poetic, HOT! I much prefer series, but this will be one of my comfort reads for years to come.

It was just horribly written. It was so very very strange! I couldn’t get into it. The premise was good but poorly executed
