Oye. This was a difficult book to finish. There were some interesting moments but mostly it was a shark defying jump from one tangent to the next. Definitely the worst of the trilogy, but it had a conclusive ending which I appreciated. The ending was also the most interesting part of the book even if it didn’t mesh with the whole story up to that point so it was worth finishing. Many questions were left unanswered but I don’t care enough to see if there are any spin-offs.
