It wasn't drawing me in and read pretty dated. The sexual advances of an older man in the MC's office was setting me on edge. I'm willing to try another of the author's since I liked the writing pretty well.

a nice easy read that wrote brilliantly about low level anxiety, didn’t change my life!

"How simple it could be! The answer to the problem of being anything was being it."

Laurie Colwin...a master of this style of realistic fiction...loving her at the moment. A sweet and touching story about breaking away from wanting, from feeling like we do not belong, and embracing the beauty of our lives. Sometimes we do want more, crave comfortability, a life in the country, something easy. But sometimes we do not get that, and we have to be ok with that!

A lovely story about a couple embarking into parenthood, with their friends, their families, and many other challenges life throws their way. A cute story, a nice distraction! Love these women leads...

sometimes it's nice to read a book where everything is pleasant and things always work out
