Another solid volume of Home Sick Pilots. This comic is such a kitchen sink affair, packed full of ideas and creations.  I definitely didn't expect this narrative to continue like it has and the story is so secretive that information gets teased out slowly. It's wild and unlike anything I've read before.

I've told myself to be more critical with my Goodreads-reviews, as to not wrongfully grant 5 stars after 5 stars.

But fuck it, Home Sick Pilots is amazing, on pretty much all accounts. Go read it, right now.

4 | Reserving final judgement until I get to the end - still intriguing! I like where it’s going and want to keep reading.

I actually think this series is pretty rad. The art is truly exquisite and the characters and really cool (and all kind of terrible people but they're all developing). Obviously Ami is an interesting protag but during the first volume I was actually really intrigued by Meg and I enjoyed the story following her and her own adventures with ghosts. I am EXCITED for vol. 3 (which I hope happens!)

Both this volume and the first one seem to be trying to cover too many topics in such a short collection. Ended on a cliffhanger so I assume there will be another volume?

Cool to have a different perspective in this one. I will say some moments happen quickly to the point it's a bit jarring and feels rushed, but a good build up for the finale
