I wish this book made me sympathise with Taryn more..but it just makes me feel apathetic. Sure it helps illuminate the mystery that was Lockes ensnarement of Taryn n Jude at the same time..by being charming and yet downright scheming.

I am really glad that the tendrils of spite and jealousy led to what it did in the queen of nothing. He really did deserve what was coming for him!

This book made me like Taryn more than I originally did, it gave meaning to the way she acted and thought and I like the kind of character where they seem polite and kind all the time but there’s something more hiding in their skin.
