This book had me SCREAMING, in a good way. At least, most of the time. Not sure it's enough to make me wanna continue the series though. While it sort of ended on a cliffhanger, the author said it right- is not a happily ever after, it's a hopeful ever after.

The pacing just wasn’t it for me. It felt rushed and lacked something I can’t put a finger on. This one wasn’t for me and I probably won’t be reading the rest of the series.

In no way what do ever did I expect the turn this book took in the last few chapters. At no point when reading the rest of this adorable, trashy romance did I think it would end that way.
