This book was pretty adorable. I loved the characters and appreciated how the main character had such quality friendships in her life. I also lived that the book took place in Indiana.

I just really loved this one. Now I've got to read all the Emery Lord books.

If you like Sarah Dessen books, then you'll like this one.

It's about grief, friendship, starting-over, second-chances, and love.
The thing about grief is that it changes your soul, and once you've tasted it, you can't just un-taste it, or live like nothing happened.
And It takes time, family, friends, and mainly yourself to come out of it with less damage.

*3.5 maybe, a really cute read, and had a good serious touch, plus I had a lot of free time so that helped with finishing it so quick. Would recommend as long as you're not against the kinda typical love triangle type of story.

I always weary about picking up YA romance. Cause sometimes the story does not work for me. I read Miss Lord's book in the past. And my honest opinion about this book is: too long.

The pace, the flow of the story is way too slow. I do like the idea of the story. Ryan is the jock and Max is the nerd. If I have to choose, I choose Max. He is my book soulmate.

Overall I like this book OK. I wish it can be shorter.

I loved Open Road Summer so much, and I really enjoyed this one, too, but the protagonist just seemed so... childish. She seemed so young. And it kind of threw me off. Nonetheless, I enjoyed it a lot.

This is an okay book. I liked the concept and sometimes I liked the characters but they were hard to relate to.
