I really enjoyed this book. Keiko is an psychology student, studying abroad in Edinburgh. She gets a scholarship with free room and board at a little village nearby. Everyone seems very friendly, but it's not long before she gets a sense that something is very wrong in the little town.

This was a really good story. The author's use of an outsider made the puzzles seems so much more confusing and sinister. Great ending.

I can't say the a recommend "come to harm" (all lower case on the title page) because it is creepy and then too pat at the end. I read one of McPherson's Dandy Gilver books and really enjoyed it, but was disappointed in her darker story.
