Ok so a lot of people absolutely dragged this book in the reviews. It wasn't great, but it wasn't bad either. Chase Black is a grumpy rich asshole who doesn't want to admit he has feelings. Maddie Goldbloom is a "regular" woman with self esteem issues (her inner dialogue was a bit cringe at times). Overall, I didn't feel a lot of emotional attraction between the characters and there were a lot of opportunities to create some. I mainly read the book because of the plot and was curious how things would wind up for the secondary characters. I agree with other reviews that the books drags for a bit, especially at the end, but then the author scrambles to finish it and has a pretty predictable ending. If you're into dual POV and "lovers to enemies to lovers" give it a shot. It just probably won't be your favorite book.
