I always have fun with these books. For me, I’d consider them cozy fantasy reads due to the little-to-none content warnings that I find triggering. The faerie world that Fawcett has painted is extremely robust and teeming with life. I can’t wait to see where the series goes next!

This book had me wanting a sequel before it even finished!!! (I’m glad there is one, and honestly I can’t wait for it).
I can’t explain the way I so easily devoured this book (as well as the previous one).
The way Ms. Fawcett writes is just stunning to me. I could so vividly picture every setting, every caress, every character as their mouth bloomed into smile. I could feel the change in cadence and authorship in the chapter Wendell wrote.
This book feels like something I could and would read again someday and still find the same delight within the pages.
I hope my daughter desires to pick it up some day, and we can relive the journey together.
