Fun fun fun. As always, love my babies Emily and Wendell, so glad
that we got to see his kingdom, in ireland

I did dislike Rose, he was so annoying and rude to Emily and he should have had more growth. I also wish Emily had some growth in her acceptance of who she is and not being a social creature, like let's move on

Professor Wilde is thee autism representation we needed from a series like this I love her and her crew so much.
Also, Wendell, call me back the kids miss you.

(I did also really enjoy that there were connections to the first book, and it wasn't like two stand alone books in a series. having Poe be a really important character still made me so happy he is just my little guy.)

I didn't enjoy this one quite as much as the first, but then I did have a disjointed experience reading it, so perhaps I will enjoy it more upon rereading it.

The witty humour and snark is as good as ever - some lines made me snort out loud.
