I thought this book was fine. A bit predictable and a touch preachy. Otherwise, it was a fun perspective on live and the constant wonder of "what if".

This a cute, uplifting book. You can't help reflecting on your own life when you read it. It's a very interesting concept but it can be a bit didactic. The ideas the author is trying to convey are a bit on the nose at points. I wouldn't say it's a must-read for everyone but it's certainly an enjoyable book

Haig writes into words the despair of depression, followed by the persistence of hope, all with a main character whose wit and humor shows through even at her most despairing. In his philosophical approach to finding a will to live, Haig does not fall prey to the quick fix cure of "just try to be happy," but instead walks a delicate line of balancing situational depression and mindful changes in perspective.

Too straightforwardly corny for me and emotionally manipulative the way it
Spoilerkills people off in the AUs via butterfly effect.

But the short chapters are like crack for my bad attention span brain, I'll give it that.

This is a beautiful exploration of what it is like to be depressed and suicidal. It is so real and I can very much relate to Nora

Oh man, this was a fantastic read. Cannot recommend enough.
Nora has had a lot of shit happen to her and I think most people will understand what it feels like to question or even regret your choices later in life, but this is a valid lesson in learning that though maybe some choices hurt, they ultimately make you you and wanting to turn back time or redo them is gonna land you in other kinds of shit.
