Absolutely blew through this book, it had me hooked immediately. Loved the MC and how we were shown his thought process, life choices and growth journey. This book made me think, I felt very attached to multiple characters for various reasons throughout the whole book. This book made me feel emotional in a new way and was very thought provoking, it beautifully written but still a fast and captivating read.

I loved this book. I read it because it's recommended by 방탄소년단 members. This book is easy to follow but its a lot to unpack as you go, so I listened to it slightly slower than I normally consume audiobooks. (Still in one sitting but at 2x instead of 2.5 or 3) It's very well translated and narrated as well.
The only thing that keeps it from getting 5☆ is that I dont love the ending. It felt kind of off and too sweet after everything.
Would definitely recommend.

As someone who is neurodivergent, this one hit really close to home. I only wish it was a little more detailed in the story. There were a lot of components that deserved more time.

Such a sweet book, and the theme of empathy is very timely and needed in the context of what’s happening in the world.

I loved how throughout the book, less so in the beginning and a few more times towards the end, I stumbled over an odd sentence. Something that didn’t seem like it’s from someone who doesn’t feel or understand feelings. This wasn’t ever on the nose, but done subtly, and really showed the development of the main character.
