Very good informative read, lots of swearing as the title suggests lol
A lot of principles he talks about are actually found all over the Bible

Author spent too much time  complaining about past relationships, touting misogynistic viewpoints, and talking about jizz. This seemed more about overcompensating for his past than anything else. The first book I've ever DNF'd.

Despite the title I feel like fuck was used too much. It kind of felt like he was trying to fill out the pages. It’s also hard to read this book as a woman because there’s always some allusion to touching one inappropriately. Solid advice but it’s very clear that the author only had men in mind

This book was enjoyable and reflective. Throughout the book, there was some crass language as you can figure with the title; making it entertainingly helpful.
There were so many great points in this book that I would like to reread it at some point. Some things I would like to check back in to see how I may have progressed with the advice given.
I saw by a content creator on TikTok that stated this is not a safe book for those who suffer from a mental illness. I guess I can see their point. If you are a logical person and are looking to improve your quality of life, I would suggest checking out this book.

Really good book, it really did touch on some deeper points and behaviors I didn’t realize affected me so deeply.

Ok basically the premise of this book is tactics and reasoning behind letting go of preconceived notions that other people care about what you do or say. Manson writes of not giving a fuck about people's opinions is easier said then done. He says that if you're afraid of rejection just ask then out anyways. As someone with anxiety this is pretty unhelpful. I guess a neurotypical person would definitely love this book. Manson hates Romeo and Juliet as much as I di. Overall blah but good points.
