I do not agree with everything that’s written in this book. There are certain things I really was surprised by. Still, it’s probably one of the best books I’ve ever read in this category and I wish I’ve read it earlier in my life.

hilarious and actually genuine, this book is packed with truthful advice and helpful anecdotes about how to deal with life and all of the stupid shit that worries us way too much on a day-to-day basis.
and if you're thinking: "my life is going great, i don't need a self-help book" then you're 1) probably not even reading this, and 2) very wrong. this one is for everyone, not only for the depressed, the sad, the hopeless. this book is for everyone, because it talks about how we as humans and individuals can become better at dealing with our bullshit and start giving less fucks about unimportant, time-consuming subjects.
everyone should read this book. end of story.

A lot of sexual references which got old quite quickly, and, having read this via audiobook it felt a little odd to hear them out loud.
A trigger warning for the final story should be adhered, the vivid detail a little jarring.
Overall, quirky, fun, relatable, and maybe best listened to passively rather than taken too seriously.
Moderate: Mental illness and Suicidal thoughts
