3.5. Interesting enough. I'd like to focus on certain bits of the story more, but the plot moves too fast.

okay..

Yorin Brown is an asshole. he lashed at the women who took him in, feed him, gave him clothes just because they've done something in the past? I know they're criminals but honestly, Yorin, you should sort your priorities. Hero has no criminal record, and she's killing people left and right.

This issue is just showing we need to rethink how mysogonic our world is. Planes fell from the sky because all pilots were men, just imagine how many people would have been saved if the world was 50/50, if equality was properly used.

The Amazons are fucking scary.

And that ending, aaaaaah just amazing!

Ever since I read the first volume of this series, I could not believe that I have fallen in love with Yorick, his friends, and this dystopian society. I honestly believe if men cease to exist on Earth, this outcome of total chaos among women would be an accurate portrayal of this new world order.

Now that I've read this second volume, it pretty much confirm for me that I will be continuing this series. It picks off right where volume one left us off with Yorick in Boston heading to California. Within a few pages I was swept up into Yorick's world and I applaud Brian K. Vaughn for his writing, creativity, and the illustrations were perfect. I highly suggest this series for everyone and I want to know what happens with Yorick and whether he saves the world.

Enjoyed this way more than the first few issues. Not much else to say, tbh. On to the next one!

If Walking Dead and Preacher had a prim love child, this is it. Like Saffy in AbFab with a little more edge.
