This was so messed up with hints of countrycide.

What the one-off Big Finish Torchwood stories are good at is isolating a character in a certain moment in time, and fully exploring who they are. It deepens the TV show immensely, and makes for some really interesting character-oriented dramas that far exceed the television they're based on. Corpse Day is a prime example of the disturbing, intimate, and deeply serious content that Big Finish is willing to do, making for a story that's as thought-provoking as it is genuinely unsettling.

Better than I thought it would be because of PC Andy, not as good as PC Andy's solo story.

It was refreshing to go back to Torchwood with my all-time favorite team member, Owen Harper! And having a story that pairs him and Andy on an assignment was fabulous! I loved this audio drama, I loved hearing Burn Gorman's voice again, and it brought even more dimension to an already complex character! I'm excited to listen to a few more of these Big Finish audio plays!
