I started off really enjoying the book.. The little mermaid has been my favorite since forever and to get insight on her villain would have been wonderful.
Sadly, while the book did give some backstory into Ursula it wasn't the focus of the book.
Apparently this was the last book in the series but I felt throughout the whole thing and even the ending it was hinting at more stories/ possible books.
The book kinda lost it for me at the ending. Like someone wrapped a present real nicely and then slapped a shitty bow on it.

*sigh* I felt like this series had so much potential. I still stand by what I said about the first one I enjoyed reading it. But then in this one there were so many unnecessary characters?! It was like Ursula was an afterthought.
