Lera is trying to harness her powers as a weaver, but it's not working, no matter how much her quints train her, she can't control it. Moreover, the elders are trying to influence River and his quints to follow their decision, even going as fas as to involve in a death situation another quints. Lera is in for a wild ride.

I love reading about Lera and her guys, and I like how she's growing. She's taking a stand in her fate, and changing for the better.
