The hapes cluster is threatened by Civil War. Will the divided skywalker/solo family members be able to save them from ruination?

I really enjoyed the diverging and interlinking plot lines in this story. Everything was woven together in a very pleasing manner. I'm a little disappointed in The hapan queens, depiction. It seems more like plot device than how she would actually react to Jacen in this situation. But I'm willing to overlook it for the depictions of the other characters in the book.

The audiobooks are such a treat. Not only the unmatched narration of Marc Thompson, but Star Wars music +SFX make every scene have feeling.

Really boring and the worst one of this borderline trash series. Karen Traviss was pretty good, but this author was God awful.

This was a very unique read. And I use these next words very loosely, but this book was probably the weakest one in the series so far. Not saying that it was bad but the things that I look for and I have been getting in this series I didn't get that much in this book. Still very important to read though.

I honestly thought it was the weakest of the whole series. I thought the other books in the series were able to make a complete story out of a book whereas this one just felt like it only was trying to accomplish one thing. And that was how does Jaina kill Jacen. I understand it’s just a Star Wars book but some of these books in the series did a very good job of being a sci fi novel. Like I actually got so sad in book five I think it is when Tenel Ka decides to fire on Jacen. I just think the other books did a way better job of being a novel and this one was just chapter nine in a nine part story.
