I love this retelling of Alice in Wonderland with a witty and original twist. Plus, it makes sense considering that I've become incredibly fond of Tiffany Roberts' books lately (or at least the ones I've read so far).
I found the use they made of both the original story and the world and characters creative, giving them both a fresh, new and unique feel. Despite this, some scenes seemed to me to be too fast or too long. But it is compensated by the mystery and the progress of the protagonists' relationship.
In conclusion, excellent storytelling is accompanied by an original and creative world, a perfect amount of spice at the right moments and lovable characters with ideal chemistry.

The start of the story had my heart beating so fast.
This story made me angry, happy and so sad I cried.
I was talking out loud to the characters in the last two chapters like they could hear me chanting "go, run now".
Look up content warnings if you have triggers though before reading. The romance isn't dark, but the setting is.
