From Will to Alec. From the Queen of Scots to Valentine. I found this book to be a delightful insight in Magnus Bane and his long but fulfilled life.

On top of that these Novellas were funny, charming and mostly heartbreaking. I think we could all learn a lot about compassion and kindness from Magnus Bane

Tot i ser un dels llibres que més m'ha agradat de Cassandra Clare segueixo sense entendre per què segueixo llegint les seves obres si està clar que no estan fetes per mi.

A decent collection of stories that give a (small) insight into Mangus and his previous adventures.
It was easy to burn through a couple of stories in a couple of hours, and they're pretty fast-paced, too.

I definitely liked some more than others, though nothing really "wow"-ed me, which has been kind of a constant theme for me when it comes to this series/world.

Might give the Infernal Devices a go at some point, as I hear they're the best selection of books from this world for a lot of people, but I am in no hurry to get to them. My tbr-shelf is big enough as it is!

Actual rating: 3.7? 3.8?

I can't really decide because there were some stories I really enjoyed and then some that I absolutely couldn't stand. But my main opinion is that Magnus Bane, however much I love him, is just not main character material (at least for me).
