Excellently written! Not just a reflection on Psaki’s career but a manual on how to learn from it. Brilliant stuff.

I read this expecting a memoir, but I got a lot out of it as a communications professional. The info was a bit repetitive - know your audience etc - but it was a good reminder of how we should write and communicate. I did enjoy the look into the White House and State Department and would have loved more!

I always was amazed by her and thought the book might be interesting. I was really impressed with how she wove stories with communication strategies. I enjoyed this book immensely. Hovering on 4 stars….

This book is more of a how-to than the biography I thought it was, but it makes some good points about communicating. One of the early ones that struck me was how a speak or a teacher needs to lend credibility to what they say through the way they say things. There were several other great points she makes in the book. It’s short but communicates well, if it were longer I think it would drag.
