4.5*

Wow. Unfortunately, I have seen the movies already, so I know the main plot and who’s good and who’s not. Because of this, I know Lucius Malfoy is more than just a Harry Potter hater, but I can’t lie if I haven’t seen the movies, I would have thought that he is ONLY a jealous bitch. Nothing more. BUT that ending tho, when Dobby pointed at Lucius and then at Tom Riddle’s diary so that Harry can make the connection was such a great foreshadowing. This book gets 4.5* instead of 5* ,like the first one, mainly because of the fact that Dobby quite literally told them Lucius is closer to Lord Voldemort than they think AND YET NO ONE QUESTIONED IT. I am sorry for the caps but ??????? I was so confused how neither Dumbledore, nor Harry asked Lucius how he got the diary in the first place so that he can sneakily give it to Ginny??

Anyways, I am done ranting. Other than that, I absolutely loved this

Again- how do you possibly write a review for one of the most read and beloved books of this century? In place of said review, here are my thoughts as this book went on:

Why do the Dursley’s suck so much?

Who could possibly fall for Lockhart’s narcissism? E tu, Hermoine??

Guys, LEAVE HARRY ALONE!

Yea, that means you, Justin.

Lockhart is truly insufferable. I’m even siding with Snape what is this?

E TU GINNY?!

Just kidding we love Ginny. Team Ginny.

Hermoine pulling through again. Give me your brains, girl.

Harry wins, Malfoy loses YAY!

FREE DOBBY THE ELF!!!!!!!!!
