Fast and easy light reading.
I read this over a weekend while being bed-bound. It was a light, easy story that constantly moved and didn’t waste too much time on the main characters fighting/denying their love for each other.

This was such a great start to the series, I thoroughly enjoyed it and was absolutely captivated from the start. Before I knew it I was already finished and I was disappointed that it was over! There was the perfect balance of time travel and Viking lore and romance, there was just the right amount of each and it was nicely spread around.
