This was a nice short and spicy read! I love monsters set in regency/Victorian era. And this was just that, I’m definitely going to go back and read the rest of the series this novella is involved with

A short spicy novella from the same universe as a Lady of Rooksgrave's manor. This time with a basilisk and no why choose. Kathryn Moon has the talent of writing a lot of excellent spicy scenes while still telling a whole story. I kinda wished we saw more of the actual fighting at the end but it was still a very good read.
